This stuff is a gorgeous golden red color and smells wonderful. My roommate and I refer to it as "Liquid Gold" but honestly I'm not sure what to do with it beyond the one time we attempted using it as a base for a Ramen broth (to honestly somewhat mid results because we didnt have enough for the amount of liquid we actually needed). I was wondering if it had more applications in mexican food or if through some brainstorming people could help me come up with good uses.
