    looks great! When I was running the Alaska BBQ Association competitions we had a few one day competitions every year and instead of brisket we did Tri Tip.

    My local HEB had tri-tip cut into small steaks that I grilled hot and fast. My wife and I both fell in love with it. First time as well.
