Need help IDING a sashimi appetizer & sushi platter. Arigato.
For the sushi — bottom middle, the white one with black specks & to the right of it with the ships leaf. Also the two on the top right.
For the sashimi — bottom plate far left and the brown truffle looking thing in the middle (Smokey & crunchy)

Sushi: bottom middle looks like ika (cuttlefish), top right second from end looks like tai (snapper), top right on end possible madai

Sashimi looks like kamasu, Japanese barracuda. Middle thing some kind of pickle def a root or tuber of some kind. Hard to know without asking looks ginger or sunchoke sized tho.

Bottom Middle: probably Ika (squid) w/plum
Top Right: Sea Bream (no toppings) and then probably snapper or kampachi with some fried garnish

Top left: maybe snapper but seared
Bottom left: scallop
Middle: fatty tuna belly with truffle
