I poured a ton of lettuce seeds into a pot a month or two ago, today I used the little baby leaves for a salad 🙂

Giga lettuce must be cut young before it takes over the whole garden.

This….I don’t space lettuce seeds, just sprinkle, then thin them out when they’re mesclun green size and have salad for dinner

  3. outside of my hydroponic setup i’ve often found lettuce seed germination wildly inconsistent, so that’s pretty much how i plant it outside too.

  4. I did this with dill last year and did not get the best results. Haha. Def not as big of a bounty as more spaced out. But I might try this with my leftover lettuce seeds…..

I did this tonight as well as radish sprouts. Added in fresh herbs. it was so good.

That looks so fresh and rewarding! Nothing beats homegrown greens straight from your garden to your plate 🌱🥗”
