With 118 days of a barely consistent 1200 calorie deficit and around 10kg lost I think I'm going to move on to a 1500 calorie deficit, I feel like seeing my calorie counter app on red so many times is a bit demotivating so I figured I haven't really been doing a proper 1200 deficit but still saw a ton of progress, I feel better, went down a size with clothes and fit into my older clothes which is nice.
Might as well just move to a 1500 one to see more green on my app but if my progress gets stunted imma be back folks.
I feel this is just me rambling about nothing anyways take care.

Good plan. You can still come to this sub if you eat 1500 though!
I like to do 1500 and it feels good to see calories still left when I land around 1300-1400 lol! It’s motivating, and them extra couple hundred calories help so much
I set it at 1200 knowing I’ll be over and land at my actual goal of 1500 😆. To each their own method.
I eat 2,000 a day but I come here for low calorie meal ideas and motivation.
My deficit is 750 a day so I’m losing weight quite fast nonetheless!

I haven’t eaten 1200/day since mid-2023 and still hang out here lol. It’s just nice to get recipe inspo and see thoughts from other people who have been through the same struggle.
