    Looks great! I was wondering what happened when you get up beef and pork mashup cook. Have you done these before no issues with anything carrying over for one protein to the other or developing the same kind of taste profile? I’m all for maximizing the charcoal use I think what you’re doing is a great idea. Thanks for the post.
