So, to give you a brief background about my diet, I’ve been struggling with eating well for years. Eating healthy is much more challenging than it seems, especially when our environment, government, surroundings (e.g., supermarkets, restaurants, etc.), schools, friends, and family don’t really encourage us to start eating healthier.
That’s why I created a simple iPhone app that genuinely helps me eat better! It provides intelligent information on what’s healthy and what might not be beneficial for our diet. You can track what you’ve eaten, review your meals from previous days, and monitor your habits.
