The Metro Vancouver restaurant scene can be fickle, and unfortunately, another restaurant has announced it has closed its doors. This time, it’s Roseto Bistro.
“It is with deep sadness that we announce Roseto Bistro will close its doors,” shared the restaurant online.
Located in Port Coquitlam, Roseto Bistro is best known for its modern Italian cuisine with a distinctive Korean influence. Think buldak fettuccini, yaki pizza, gnocchi bbokki.
“Our hearts are heavy knowing we can no longer share the food and service we poured so much passion into,” added the restaurant. “Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to everyone who supported and loved Roseto.”
Many took to the comments of the closure announcement to share how much they’ll miss the restaurant.
“We’re truly heartbroken to hear about Roseto Bistro closing,” shared one person. “This place has meant so much to my husband and me — from the incredible food to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, it’s been one of our favourite spots for our date nights.”
“Wow, this is so sad. If you are able to find a new space, we will follow you there,” said another.
“This is so sad! This place is incredible and our family loves coming in — it’s one of our favourite places now! We hope you’ll find a location that works for you & we will be there!” added a third.
Roseto Bistro closes its doors on June 30.
