I hung out with a friend and I usually try to plan out what I eat before going out but this was spur of the moment finds. I had a lemongrass chicken bowl with a salad base and citrus soy as a sauce, but I only ate little more than half. Afterwards we found a bakery and I had the whole raspberry lemon cream puff which had like a lemon custard filling and a little raspberry jam.
I'm new to this but I guesstimate around 450 for what I ate of the chicken bowl and 400 for the cream puff.

    Sounds like a great day and that bowl looks delicious! And your calorie estimate sounds about right, as long as the salad dressing isn’t oil based which it doesn’t sound like it. I actually would say closer to 300 if you only ate half
