    Something is wrong with your curry color, texture and thickness. It lacks yellowish hue from turmeric, having instead a soy like color. Its transparent indicatig the roux wasn’t flour based, but probably potato starch based If it was a roux at all. And there wasn’t enough roux which explains the runny thin sauce.

    It looks more like you dumped over teriyaki glaze and called it curry
