Try our frozen summer bruschetta for tomatoes that have antioxidants, vitamin C and potassium!
INGREDIENTS
🍅Heirloom tomatoes in various colors
🍅Slice of whole wheat bread
🍅1 ball of burrata
🍅Fresh basil leaves
🍅Olive oil
🍅Salt & pepper
RECIPE
1. Wash and dry your heirloom tomatoes. Place whole tomatoes in freezer.
2. Drizzle olive oil over slice of bread and toast. Remove from heat.
3. Place burrata ball on your bread and gently break open with a knife.
4. Remove your tomatoes from the freezer and grate them over the burrata, using different colors.
5. Top with basil leaves, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
