Yes, I’d either sear it or make poke.

I like to make kebabs, sometimes with teriyaki

I get tuna steak often. High heat sear them on both sides. I also use a pineapple miso hot sauce for light dipping.

    It’s great.

Or hand rolls with the tuna and nori and sushi rice, daikon radish, avocado, cucumber and wasabi.

Gotta get the sushi rice down correctly, right balance of sugar and vinegar.

Thaw it, marinate it in soy sauce, scallions, chili flakes, and make poke out of it!

Geez. I get bags of new Zealand green mussels. And cook them up with white whine tomatoes and cucumber. Delicious

Thaw them. Marinate for a half hour or less in olive oil, sesame oil, tamari, garlic powder and ginger powder. Sear on as high of heat as you can either on the grill or a pan for 1 to 2 minutes each side. Enjoy with wasabi and tamari.

  11. I put a couple sunny side eggs on a raw piece and eat it. Put a little bit of seasoning on the tuna

They are great with marinade or just pan-seared with salt and pepper. But for the love of god, do NOT overcook them. Use a meat thermometer. I like my centers 125 F.

Get a cast iron skillet super hot. Sear on each side for 30 seconds

I get these exact steaks weekly. Seared NASA hot in a cast iron with sesame seeds, sliced and served with homemade yumyum (mayo, sambal, lots of ginger, a little honey and tobiko) or eel sauce. Add some edamame and it’s a favorite meal. I keep them frozen before cooking and they cook beautifully everytime with a nice crust and a cool center. Also fabulous for sushi and poke.
