Sunday leftover misc turned into albondigas for stew & tacos, for breakfast this morning!

Used up all the fresh herbs, peppers, veggies. Served with homemade 1/2&1/2 tacos ( half flour/half polenta),& a cold slushie drink made from stewed rhubarb, stem ginger, masa, cinnamon/spices,etc.

I only had black rice ( not wild rice, but black rice, which expanded alot, but still tasted great).

A really great way to use up the weeks last of whatever!
