    What is the meat / fat percentage you are using? I tried 80% but it didn’t hold together and I just got meat particles

    Edges have to be thinner, but I’m sure it wasn’t bad

    Do these griddles that sit on top of the grill grates work as well as a dedicated flat top like a blackstone?
