hi everyone today I’m making macaronita a Greek dish with lots of cheese i’ve used this pino pasta and I’ve just finished boiling the pasta two packets cuz I’m making two trays and now I’m going to add a little bit of tasty cheese in here just to melt while it’s still hot just a little bit and then just mix that around [Music] and now I’m using Bulgarian um sheep’s feather and Bulgarian goat cheese feather and you can see there’s a lot here but there is two packets i have a big family so we have to make two trays [Music] a little crack of pepper we put plenty in there because there is two packets and we don’t put any salt in here because there’s plenty of cheese that’s going to go in here now I’ve got uh five to six eggs here if the eggs are too small you put six that’s for two packets if it’s going to be one packet probably four eggs of pasta and what I do is I put two chicken stocks and this one is a fasting chicken stock doesn’t have no chicken in it crmaldi and the reason I put that in there because it breaks the egg taste and then we’re just going to whisk these eggs so I’m going to mix all this cheese i’m going to add more cheese on the top but for now this is all the feta and a bit of taste in here and before I place the egg in here because you don’t want the egg to cook while it’s in here you want it to cook in the oven i’m going to add my milk now I never measure i just make sure it covers so I’m going to add the milk because I don’t want the egg to cook it’s going to cool down the pasta so this is almost 2 and 1/2 L in two packets of milk [Music] i can probably add a bit more cuz I want it to cover remember and the egg is going to thicken this up when it bakes and now that that’s placed in there now I can place my egg and I got to keep [Music] stirring and now I’m just going to add a bit of nutmeg a good pinch maybe pinch or two cuz if you were doing one packet probably one tiny pinch but because I’m doing two and then we mix well so now you can see I’ve just put them in two trays and you can see that they’re just covering the liquid is just covering all the pasta so now I’m going to start putting my cheeses and whatever you have on hand at the moment I have this perfect bake one so I’m just going to put a bit of that one on top [Music] and then a little bit of tasty cheese cuz you don’t want it to be too [Music] oily some parmesan a little bit of mozzarella cuz our main cheese on top is going to be Parmesan so a little bit of mozzarella and then we’re just going to use a fine parmesan to go on top we don’t want to see much of that liquid cuz all this is going to absorb and get all [Music] nice so that’s it with all the cheeses and now I just put baking paper over it cuz I don’t want the foil stuck in the food and then I place some foil seal it nicely as you can see in this dish I don’t need to seal it in this dish because it’s got a lid and it’s nice and secure you can always use a different tray at the moment this is what I use and then you just seal that one and place it in the oven at about 180 170 180 let it cook through and then you’re going to take the cover off and let it brown so after about an hour and a half on about 170 you can see this is how we get to test it so and that’s about right see how it doesn’t it’s not watery and now I’m just going to put it back in the oven to let it cook all brown and golden on the top so here it is after it’s gone golden brown and you let it sit for about 10 minutes or so otherwise it’ll be bit too sloppy but and you can eat this either hot or you can eat it [Music] cold there we go
