My bell pepper plants are at 5’ tall and still going. No signs of flowering. They came up this year from seeds of bell peppers that the squirrels got to last year.

Agree it’s not a pepper plant (I’m growing a ton). Interestingly a reverse image search only turns up reddit posts asking for an ID lol you may want to skim through them and find the ones that look closest to yours for ideas (or post on a plant ID sub)

But I have seen massive bell pepper plants in greenhouses. Absolutely massive.
These are prolly Beefsteak Plant (Perilla frustescens).

They look look like shiso to me, it’s a Japanese herb that’s like a cross between mint and basil.
