Smoked with some apple wood chunks at 355f for about 45 minutes. Still prefer oven baked, but the smokey taste is a nice touch.

I used to be a regular on a weekly BBQ show and cooked a stellar peach pie that everyone freaked out over. Yes you can bake on a grill or smoker if it’s clean heat. You can’t make a pie on the grill… Oh yes I can!
