
One of my favorite quick breakfasts (or snacks):
I microwave frozen blueberries for about a minute, mash them a bit, and stir in a teaspoon of chia seeds. I usually let it sit for 10–15 minutes so the chia can soften and thicken the berries. Then I mix in some Greek yogurt, top with fresh berries and a handful of nuts. A drizzle of honey on top is optional, but always welcome.
