Norwegian Cruise Line will feature in two episodes of Cruising with Susan Calman, due to air on May 30 and June 6 on Channel 5.

Each episode will feature highlights from a 16-day Australia and New Zealand voyage on 1,900-passenger ship Norwegian Sun, with calls in Melbourne, Portland, Kangaroo Island and Tasmania in Australia, as well as Dunedin, Wellington and Tauranga in New Zealand.  

Calman takes part in shore excursions such as wine tasting at the d’Arenberg winery in South Australia’s McLaren Vale, a visit to the Geothermal Valley of Te Puia in Rotorua, New Zealand and a tour of Taieri Gorge by train.

Meanwhile, Celestyal registered a 1,000% spike in website visits compared to the previous day after starring in an episode of the show which aired on May 16.

 

At the same time, trade bookings with the Greek and Arabian Gulf specialists increased by 169% compared to the previous week.

 

The episode saw the presenter join a seven-night Idyllic Greece itinerary onboard Celestyal Journey and was viewed by 600,000 people including on catch-up over the following seven days.
