crazy chef here do not boil your peas or anything else come to that put it in a skillet with some butter some chili flakes if you like it hot some salt and pepper either butter or a little bit of olive oil i prefer butter these taste now as fresh as if you picked them in the garden and had them raw so there we are and do it with peas do it with carrots either frozen or sliced do it with beans this is far better than I’m going to eat this now this is far better than boiling all your vegetables in water it really is crazy check out [Music]

great tip. I usually boil peas then drain water and add butter + mint. But I'll give this a go!
Got loads of peas growing should have the first batch by the end of next week. I'll definitely be cooking them in butter.
Don't boil your peas in water, try my saute method, more tasty, more flavour, more nutritious.
