We had a great appetizer in Catalonia Spain. “Coca” which is a toasted crusty bread with garlic, creme and grated tomato. Very nice!

really crispy bread they give a little piece of garlic so I’m assuming you rub the garlic on there I haven’t ever seen anything like this in Spain we’re in Catalonia now we live down in Andalucia this is Catalonia so just rolling with it and uh they gave this cream the waitress mentioned that you put the cream on the bread just spread a little of that on there and then some tomato it’s not salsa it’s just grated tomato most likely and uh see how that tastes let take a look [Music] here it’s really nice a nice little nice little treat it’s not a it’s a cream it’s not uh has just a little bit of a sourness to it it’s not like sour cream it’s a it’s much less sour than that um not sure if it’s actually creme fre but it kind of tastes like that and then the tomato and the the garlic coming through strong too
