A Taste of India, From My Kitchen to Yours
The story behind my 3-Minute Bliss Yogurt & Mint Sauce;
There’s something magical about Indian cuisine the colour, the aroma, the way each dish is both an explosion of flavor and a warm hug.
For years, I’ve been a big fan of Indian cooking not just with eating it, but with understanding it. I’ve spent countless hours learning, cooking, and refining recipes, trying to capture the soul of India’s incredible food culture from my own kitchen.
It’s not just food for me. It’s passion. It’s therapy. It’s joy.
And every great Indian meal starts with the little things the fresh naan, the crisp poppadom’s, and of course, that irresistible Yogurt & Mint Sauce.
The one you scoop up before your curry even hits the table. The one that balances heat, sweetness, and that perfect creamy chill.
Today, I’m sharing my go-to, restaurant-style version. It’s ridiculously easy, takes just 2-3 minutes, and tastes just like your favorited Indian takeaway if not better.
This isn’t just a recipe. It’s a piece of the joy I find in Indian cooking. It’s meant to sit proudly beside your homemade curry and bring everything together in perfect harmony.
So hit play, grab a spoon, and let’s bring a little Indian restaurant magic home.
