Ingredients
3 2/3 cup plain flour
1 2/3 cup Lukewarm water
1 tbsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt
Method
In a bowl add flour and salt give it a whisk then add yeast and water. Mix it with a dough whisk or a spatula until the dough comes together like shown on video.
Cover with a towel and let it rest in a warm place for 2 hrs then cover with a cling film and put it in the fridge over night or up to 1 week.
When ready to bake take the dough out, preheat the oven Gas mark 9/ 240C with an empty metal tray on the bottom shelf.
Turn the dough over on a floured surface, divide the dough in 4 equal parts, with minimal handling shape the dough as shown on video. Transfer to baking tray, place the tray on the middle shelf. Pour 1 cup hot water in the empty tray for steam. Bake for 20min or more if you like it more well done. Enjoy 😊
