started sourdough baking a couple months ago, and this is the first time i’ve ever been really proud of a loaf! would love some pointers on crumb though i’ve got these really big holes in the middle and i’m not sure what’s causing it.

Looks good. I reckon you could have baked it for another 5-10 mins without the lid on for a bit more colour on the crust, but otherwise looks great.
