I have used off sets, and pellets grills. Now I live in an apartment I gotta try this. Any tips? I am just trying to copy what I see y'all do 🤣😂

Bro I’ve used a Weber kettle for a long time before going to a pellet. They’re great and cook great

Your grill setup is fine, but opening that bag of charcoal like a caveman makes my eyeballs twitch.

My only recommendation is to not start your coal on top of the grate like this. I did this for a while and the heat warped the shit out of the grate and I had to buy a new one. I now have a cinder block next to the grill that I start my coal on.

All good, cept that royal “joke” charcoal. You may find extra things in there like metal or old shoes or even animal carcasses! It’s like a prize inside every bag! Post results if you get lucky.
