I posted on hot peppers subreddit but looking for more info. Just trying to figure out what might be wrong with these peppers. Got flower drop and leaf drop. At first looked like a nitrogen deficiency but now it just looks like they are either underfertrilzed and over watered. These are cayenne by the way. I'm hoping they can make a recovery for the season and I don't loose too many peppers because of this. New soil and I just fertilizer them for the third time in about 3-4 weeks but lots of rain and meh temperatures until this past week in the north east.

Too much rain in the Northeast. Let them dry out, then fertilize. i suggest you watch this Youtube video by Chillichump on this issue. https://youtu.be/ZhRRSYhd330?feature=shared
Is that potting soil you have them in? It looks like a lot wood is in it. Wood takes nutrients away from the plants.
Let’s just say Promix is not what the pros use. Dig in some packaged chicken manure 12” deep around each plant.
Probably too much water from all that rain. Peppers like dry spells. They’ll probably be good after they get to dry out some. Don’t worry about it too much though. Once they’re over 4 inches tall and have more than 5 leaves, peppers are hard to kill. Just only water them if you have a long enough drought that they start to look wimpy. When you do, flood them with water, and then don’t water them again for at least 1 day unless it gets too much sun
