Had my KJ Classic 2 for about a month and have tried a few different bits – Tomahawk, Tri-tip, King prawns & ribs – all to reasonable success but tonight’s whole chicken, on beer can stand with apple juice over lump and hickory is definitely the best so far.
Felt like I’ve finally got the temp under control – it was so juicy and had such an amazing flavour
