Looks awesome.I had a rotisserie attachment for my Genesis that I bought off eBay for like 40 bucks,and I cut part of an old 55 gallon drum to attach to my kettle grill it worked great. Cooked chicken,pork,and even did a thanksgiving turkey one year.

What are you using for a rub/dry brine?
