After the great success of the Winter Fancy Food Show, Italy is once again excited to be the Partner Country of the Summer Fancy Food Show at the Javits Center in New York City, from June 29th to July 1st, 2025.
We look forward to the wonderful opportunities the Fancy Food Show offers for our nation to promote the quality, craftsmanship, and general excellence of Italian products in the East Coast market of the U.S. The Fancy Food Show enables Italy and our partners at Universal Marketing to strengthen new and long-lasting partnerships and showcase the unique qualities of our products to international buyers, distributors, and industry professionals.
Our exhibitors are ready to show why Italian agri-food products are internationally renowned not only for their quality, but also for how they beautifully fuse tradition with innovation.
For Italy, Food, History, and Art Go Hand in Hand
Italy is very proud of our rich cultural heritage. As the custodian of an incredible cultural and environmental legacy, with the highest number of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the world, Italy stands as a symbol of harmony between art, architecture and nature. Italy is a land where beauty and craftmanship are part of everyday life, where nature is connected to food, history and art.
This unparallel heritage is reflected in every aspect of Italian food culture: it is a living tradition deeply rooted in our geographic regions, each one with vastly different expressions of cuisine, shaped by centuries of history and passed down through generations.
At the upcoming Fancy Food Show, visitors will be invited to experience this cultural and culinary journey firsthand. Exploring our exhibitors in the Italian Pavilion is a journey into the heart of art and taste at the same time, a sensory and cultural experience—tasting the flavors of Italy while getting a glimpse into its artistic soul.
Italy, the Art of Taste, will be the key theme of the Italian pavilion at this year’s Summer Fancy Food Show.
More than 300 exhibiting companies will showcase their products in the Italian pavilion at the Fancy Food Show, including some already established in the U.S. market as well as innovative start-ups and regional collectives. The Italian pavilion will have a presence on both Level 3 and Level 1 and will feature a variety of cooking demonstrations by Italian and Italian-American chefs, including many with big audiences on social media.
Come walk through our pavilion. Taste the tradition. See the history. Feel the inspiration.
Italy awaits—ready to share its story, one bite at a time.
