Tabasco Raspberry Chipotle:
First of all, if you go on Amazon the photos of this gem depict some sort of foamy cocktail. Just like their regular chipotle, a great smoked jalapeño flavor is up front with vinegar and your usual cayanne-type heat. Yummy on pasta and salad and the sweetness adds a great depth.

Tabasco Salsa Picante:
First of all, another Amazon reference: it was less than $3 with some sale. It should be noted I love their Sweet & Spicy plastic bottle in this line of sauces that goes on just about every sandwich I make now. Neither of the two are very hot but this one has a little kick and reminds you of a premium version of a Taco Bell hot sauce. Also great on pasta.

Devil Daves Pickle Crack:
I mean it says “Best on: Fries, Egg Sammiches, Pizza, Cheesesteaks, Wings and Burgers; Also great for making pickles” It’s sour and pickle forward with a heavy brine note. It’s good. But I don’t want it on anything other than a Bloody Mary. And I love pickles and sour and brine. I’m sure I’ll find some food to pair it with, but for now it’s in hibernation.

Naagin Indian Smoky Ghost: This one has umami. Garlic, celery, ginger, smoked bhut jolokia peppers. These make the best bloody’s and are not just good in pasta and the other usual suspects like eggs and sandwiches, but also in soup and curry. Just a great, thick and smoky sauce with a lot of depth.

Heartbeat Pineapple Habanero: This guy has entered my top 10 sauces. I have been on a fruited sauce kick recently, but this one is up there with the best of those. Pineapple is upfront and the habanero heat isn’t all that much but you can use a ton of it on so many foods. In a bloody the first sip makes you think you just ate a juicy pineapple. Very strange but amazing. On sandwiches it adds such a great vibrant zing. On pork or fish tacos it kills.
