Finally got lucky today with finding wild sockeye salmon at 50% off! Stocked up, cooked 2 and froze four. Photo attached of my cilantro lime sauce because people asked what I do with so much yogurt, other than just eating it.

    Salmon — I’m jealous! 🙂 Your sauce looks so yummy. If you’re a fan of dill, I spread mayo over the steak and sprinkle dill to cover; season with salt & pepper and fresh lemon.

    What are you going to do with all that salmon before it goes bad? Generally salmon only hits 50% off if its going bad that day.

    I make a green sauce that has yogurt, lime, and cilantro, but I also add oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic, onion, cotija cheese, and a ton of habaneros. It’s super good and spicy. I use it on all the Mexican food I make.
