Hi all!
This is my third attempt and I thought I finally got them right but the texture is just off?
They feel slightly tacky and sticky with mostly air inside.
I’ve been using the same recipe for all three batches and this one looks the best so far, no cracking and some feet developed but all of them turned out with this texture.
Not sure where I went wrong or if I should try a different recipe?

    Sounds like they weren’t fully baked – might just be a case of an extra minute or two baking time. I’d try adjusting variables such as that before switching recipe entirely as they do look very good.

    An oven thermometer to confirm temp is helpful and flat baking sheets would help better with the baking than the one you’re currently using.
