Harvest from 2 indoor plants. 230 gr.

Some are still greenish, so maybe I should have waited with harvesting these.

Should I keep the small ones on there? Will they grow bigger?

Can I just start drying them in the oven, to make powder?

    Yeah, green ones aren’t ripe. Crack one open and have a taste. Then taste a ripe one and you’ll have a feeling for what waiting until they are ripe does to the flavor.

    For drying, you’re good to go. I take the stems off, give them a rinse and dry in a salad spinner, and stick ‘em in the drier.
