2nd time making pico de gallo, posted my first a week ago, think I improved?
4 roma tomatoes(removed seeds and white in center) 1 whole red onion(used white 1/4 the first time, wanted to experiment) 2 jalapeños(used 1 first time) 1 bush of cilantro 2 limes Salted(eyes it out) No garlic this time

It looks good! i think there may be a little too much onion. for that amount of tomatoes i usually do half an onion

Good dice! One of the secrets to great pico is a small dice. That way you always get all of the ingredients in each bite. Most people go too big on the tomatoes.

This looks good, I sometimes struggle with to much juice from the Roma tomatoes so I core them. Great thing with pico and this looks good, you eat it, smile and enjoy and think next time I’ll tweak it some more

Looks great! I like shallot over red onion but that’s personal taste and I toast some cumin seeds and grind. Just thoughts on ways to change/elevate if you want to try

Sounds okay. Seems like a lot of onion for only 4 tomatoes, but I guess it would be fine since it’s a sweeter and less oniony onion.

Try putting a little oregano and celery salt as seasoning + chili flakes. Pretty tasty
