You've probably seen this float around elsewhere on Reddit by now, but in case you haven't:

Tried making a smash burger and ended up with this monster. It's got two 'semi-smashed' butcher's beef patties, beer-braised onions (I may have improvised mid-cook), smoked Gouda, truffle mayo, and lettuce, all stacked on a butter bun.
