We’re celebrating our first year in France from Mexico, and my family misses tacos al pastor like crazy. I found a 15€ rotisserie at the supermarket and adapted it to work with my XL. The tacos were amazing, just like back home!

Nice! I did this on a spit before too and shave it as it cooked, kinda like a kebab. Came out fantastic on the egg.

if only there was a way to do it vertically instead of horizontally will be a game changer … the beauty of pastor tacos is that the pineapple juices spill down from the top to the bottom
