BJ’s had a sale on the classic 1, roasted a whole Chicken to break it in, turned out great. What should I do next?

Pizza!!!. Watch ten or twenty hours of yootoobies. Then fill the fridge with grilled and smoked fish, pork, beef, lamb, poultry. Then try baking bread. Welcome to the group. Post often.

I got mine in April after watching my dad use his for the last ~8 years. I have enjoyed doing steaks, burgers, and meal prep (large chicken breasts). It’s been fun experimenting with temperature control and i’m currently looking forward to doing a tenderloin later this summer.

Ribs. Ribs. And more ribs. It’s pretty easy to make ribs 10x better than most steakhouses. And it ends up being easy and cheaper.
My advice: “THE RUB” bbq rub off amazon (it’s Malcom reeds bbq rub) smoke at 250°F. 3 hours. Wrap at 170°F or good dark bark. Wrap in butter, brown sugar, and honey. Cook until 207°F (they end up in the middle of perfectly cooked & fall off the bone)
Liberally Sauce with favorite bbq sauce (I use Tuffy stone) and put back on for 10 mins. Enjoy

If you haven’t already, the coal basket. Throw the old plate out and never look back.
