Got the meat cooked perfectly, not sure if it’s how you presented it looks a lil soggy on the bottom but hard to avoid w puff pastry – not bad for a complicated dish 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I really need to give it a shot one day, never made a Wellington but it looks and sounds amazing. I could probably eat just a bowl of duxelles.
