    Got the meat cooked perfectly, not sure if itโ€™s how you presented it looks a lil soggy on the bottom but hard to avoid w puff pastry – not bad for a complicated dish ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

  2. I really need to give it a shot one day, never made a Wellington but it looks and sounds amazing. I could probably eat just a bowl of duxelles.
