This is my first time in my adult life trying to lose weight the healthy way. Iβm a 5β4 woman and currently ~141lbs. I started at around 145, so already seeing some progress! Iβve been watching what I eat a bit more closely for the past few weeks, but Iβm starting to lock in.
Itβs important to me that I let myself eat things I want to eat (pizza, burgers, desserts) even if I go over my allotted calories some days. Iβve still been averaging around 1400kcal a day for the past couple weeks, so it all balances out!
This is mostly just a celebration post and a hello! This community has been a huge help for advice and recipe ideas without veering too far into ED territory, which Iβve struggled with in the past. Thank you for all of the great recommendations!!!
