HANAHAN, S.C. (WCIV) — Cane Pazzo, a highly anticipated restaurant from Chef Mark Bolchoz, is set to open its doors in Hanahan this Saturday.
The restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday.
The menu reflects Chef Bolchoz’s Charleston upbringing, featuring freshly sourced ingredients from local purveyors.

It combines his passion for Italian cuisine with locally fished, farmed, and grown produce.
Handmade pastas are a highlight, including a She Crab Raviolo with blue crab, sherry cream, crab roe, tarragon, and chive.
Another standout dish is the Corn and Pepper Risotto, made with South Carolina-grown corn, confit peppers, red onion, serrano, and pancetta. The menu also features wood-fired proteins and vegetables to complete the dining experience.
