guys imagine having to cook rice for 30 people it’s actually not too hard let me show you what we’re going to do i start with some butter in a pan and I throw some more butter in the pan cuz I like it to be nice and buttery i got onions celery carrot green onions tomatoes big pinch of salt and I’m going to add some black pepper as I go in with fresh herbs I have rosemary and thyme we throw that on the stove and we’re going to start moving it around give it a nice little sauté and when it starts to soften up we’re going to go ahead and add in our rice now we put all that butter so that we can get this nice and mixed around coat that rice really well and I’m using chicken stock today i do two to one so two parts stock to one part rice we’re going to mix that around let it come to a simmer guys at this point we’re going to cover it just like whether you’re doing two cups of rice or 20 we cover that thing let it go for about 20 minutes and pull off the lid give it a little fluff and that looks ready i’m going to throw it down on a tray and guys just like that it’s rice peel off for 30 people in 30 minutes it’s not too hard but a treat thanks for watching cheers everyone
