No complaints, only praise. The guy presents the content directly, it’s actually helpful, no clickbaity bullshit, no excess commentary, the meat is gorgeous, and it actually gives me a much better idea of how much freezer space I’d need for a a portion of a cow and will factor into a future beef purchase.
