  2. Ippudo sells their own instant ramen and ramen kits, just buy them if you want to recreate them exactly at home.

    If you want to make them from scratch, that’s going to be a pretty deep rabbit hole. You can find lots of resources about making a standard tonkotsu broth, and experiment with the spicy miso tare yourself.
