today we’re making juicy slow roasted crispy pork belly for the marinade we combine Rosemary salt carow garlic and olive oil brush the pork with the marinade to make it Juicy and Delicious then turn the meat and brush the skin with olive oil and season with salt for extra crispiness grab a sheet of Olo fix aluminum foil and a sheet of Alo fix parchment paper place the meat in the center and wrap the sides place in the oven and slow rast for 3 hours it will be so juicy transfer the meat to a baking dish lined with a wire wack and bake on high temperature for 15 to 20 minutes to make the skin extra crispy it’s so juicy you guys I love it enjoy
