Ok I know it’s been posted a bit but the Viet Dip from Phodega might be the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I always waived off Phodega because, in my ignorance, from the outside it felt like a corporate shop cosplaying as a good Vietnamese spot and I stand corrected. Ate half of it before I remembered I wanted a picture. The broth dip is incredible. Even if you don’t dip, the sandwich by itself is fantastic.
