i’m going to show you how to make a twoingredient naan we’re going to start by using self-raising flour and you’re just going to be getting a cup so this is half a cup measurement so two of these and plain Greek yogurt we’re going to be doing equal amounts a whole cup of the yogurt now I’m going to be using my electric stand mixer to knead use the hook save yourself time we’re going to start it slowly so you won’t have a mess and then just kind of gradually start mixing it hard until the dough forms you see how it’s forming already just make sure that you help it with a rubber spoon so you can get everything in there all right let’s do it one more time now let’s dust our surface with some flour and look how easy the masa formed i’m going to add a little bit of olive oil to my hands masa just going to roll it out kind of like when I make my tortillas arena I’m going to cut it in five sections let’s make the little dough balls now that I have my little dough balls we’re going to clean the surface dust it with new flour gently roll it out this is ready now on to the kumal now get some butter now let’s gently lay it down 1 minute and you flip 30 seconds later you’re going to flip again beautiful now we’re going to let it rest now you’re going to need butter and lots of garlic let’s melt in the microwave oh it smells so good already and cilantro and yes I’m using cilantro cuz I don’t like parsley now let’s spread and we’re going to make sure that you add to every single one of them ito and enjoy
