Great video Sis! The meal looks delicious 😋
Looks delish! ❤
Looks tasty 😋
I don't think plant based ingredients are so easily available here in Jamaica. A visitor to Jamaica whose diet is plant based was not too impressed that they couldn't get plant based yogurt. The Chinese supermarkets didn't have them so we tried the bigger supermarkets as they stock international produce, but to no avail. The person was disappointed with the limited plant based options.
You're creative so I'm sure you will be cooking up some great recipes with ingredients that are available when you get here and you'll also have plenty of land space to grow your own fruits and vegetables.
I've started making saltfish-less fritters which I actually prefer to the saltfish fritters. I use Chinese thyme, spring onions and scotch bonnet which I grow myself. I also use tomatoes which I'm planning to grow sooner rather than later. They are delish so no more saltfish fritters for me!
We loved these 😊
Yummy 😊
Thanks for this, going to make them today 👌
Love these, thanks for sharing, last time I made koftas I used tofu, these are delicious 😊
