today I’m making a broccoli chickpea pasta in the oven i’m making the white bashal or the white sauce i’m adding the milk so I added nutmeg and salt to the white sauce or bashimal and you can make it as thick or liquidy you’d like so I’m adding some um the grated mozzarella cheese in here mix it together to add it at the end of the of the recipe so um so now I’m boiling in the salted water the chickpea pasta which is actually made with veggies so I’m adding um the broccoli that I steamed a minute ago with the bacon in there too mix them all together just don’t add the water that the broccoli releases you don’t need too much uh liquid in there because we’re going to be adding the bashamal over there with the cheese and the chickpea pasta that is cooking which we’re going to cook halfway because you don’t want to cook it fully in here and mix this well so it’s not just you know in one part of it just has to be everywhere evenly so now I’m adding the half halfway cooked chickpea pasta so now the broccoli chickpea pasta is going to be going in the to the oven for 30 minutes at 350 fah so now I’m adding the the white sauce or the bashameal which I mixed a little bit of uh mozzarella cheese with it so this will keep everything together so on top I’m going to add the grated mozzarella cheese so all the ingredients I’m using they’re [Music] organic stay tuned so now I’m going to put the broccoli chickpea pasta in the oven to bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 3 350 F hello the broccoli chickpea pasta just came out of the oven it looks amazing and smells delicious and I hope you guys give it a try wa petite hello today I’m making risoto asparagus risoto all you need a bunch of asparagus these are organic everything here is organic and cut the heads off separate so you can um use it for a display in the risoto a handful of uh garlic one white onion geese butter olive oil a cup of um risoto that is a specialty to make the rystos and carrots i just I’m using them because I have them and you’ll need a cup of uh white wine and this is all stay tuned [Music] a handful of diced garlic going to sautΓ© and onion i’m using chef pan i’m adding the rice i’m adding some You can add the veggie water vegetable water or broth or chicken broth whatever you like in another pan I’m just going to put sautΓ© the asparagus half cup of wine or a cup of wine or whatever you have salt now we’re going to add carrots lower the temperature add the butter [Music] i’m adding the heat [Applause] on that’s it so we added the asparagus and the butter there we go it’s almost ready to parmesan and it’s down hello so this is a spaghetti with shrimp sauce and a side dish of veggies with the summer salad i hope you guys try it hello today I’ll be making uh for dinner shrimp pasta spaghetti and this is the ingredients parsley fresh parsley dried parsley um olive oil minced garlic homemade sauce red and white onion two small onions red and white fresh onions shrimps oregano pepper and salt stay tuned [Music] we’re going to add the oil and then the garlic saute them for 2 minutes or so when the heat is on cuz it’s not quite hot yet now I’m adding the white and red onion which I mixed with the food processor cuz I don’t want these to be I just want them to add the taste to the sauce just I’m adding the onions and saute them for 2 to 5 minutes depends on the heat i have it on medium heat right now now I’m adding tomato homemade tomato sauce to cover it now we’re adding the shrimp and we’re going to add the salt pepper oregano fresh parsley and black pepper and we’re going to let it cook with the lid off on and that’s it almost done stay tuned now we’re adding the pepper oh dried oregano oh parsley sorry and this is dried oregano and fresh parsley and Stay tuned now it’s going to be cooking like 5 minutes or so you don’t want to overcook the sauce so the sauce is ready the shrimp sauce is ready and then we’re waiting for the spaghetti to be done and you’re going to see the result soon after this video the spaghetti oh my god it’s so good smells delicious amazing i hope you guys try this hello this is going to be a side dish of stir fry just easy and marinated and um steamed briefly in the pan and uh stay tuned i hope you try it [Music] 5 minutes and uh it’s going to be good refreshing [Music] delicious so this is just a summer salad that’s lettuce and tomato and boini soft cheese i’m adding sugar salt pepper a little bit of parsley and olive oil and I basic just a little bit and it’s ready mona petit hope you guys try it
