Bruschetta with Squid

• Squid tubes – 3 pieces
• Tomatoes – 3 pieces
• Chili pepper – 1–2 pieces
• Garlic – 3 cloves
• Arugula
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Dried basil
• Olive oil
1. Cut the squid into small pieces.
2. Finely chop the chili pepper, garlic, and lemon zest.
3. Mix everything well, add the squid and olive oil.
4. Place the mixture in a preheated pan and sauté over medium heat for no more than 3 minutes. It’s important not to overcook the squid, as it can become too tough.
5. Toast the bread, place tomato slices on top, then add the squid.
Drizzle with the sauce left from cooking, sprinkle with dried basil, pepper, paprika, and salt, and garnish with arugula.
