Made a quick kale salad yesterday, inspired by a Chick-fil-A kale salad copycat recipe. Massaged kale, added shredded red cabbage and sliced mini peppers, tossed it all with a simple dressing of Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Finished with chopped almonds for crunch. Delicious.
